KECT is a 58 member forum of eminent individuals , the privileged few who were blessed enough to enjoy the joys of higher education in their teens - doctors , advocates, social workers and a good part of them , 23 in toto , engineers themselves . Their social commitment made them sit together, think with one head as to how they can repay their debt to society and KECT was the ultimate outcome.
